2005年からモデルとして活動。初の仕事はアニコム＆ゲーム香港。その後、様々ファッション撮影、広告キャンペーンに参加。 2008年に香港Global Mania Empire Managementと契約。
グラビアで登場するやいなや、そのキュートなルックスが大人気に。2009年7月に発売した、1st写真集「Kissie Chrissie」は発売後3週間で31,000部を売上げ、社会現象となる。
香港における、グラビアアイドルの先駆者として、トップアイドルの仲間入りを果たし、以降、映画、TV、広告、ファッション誌にと、勢力的に活動している。
